svgalib/SVGATextMode available as RPMS

I have successfully compiled svgalib and SVGATextMode for the axp,
and they are available as SRPMS and RPMS at:

ftp://wopr.campus.luth.se/pub/redhat

The svgalib rpm is not based on the one that is in RedHat 4.0, it is
ported from scratch by me. I don't know if the old one would work, I
noticed it after I ported svgalib.

I have also rebuilt the zgv srpm for axp (the i386 implicity was
removed from the spec-file).

All of the above programs seem to work fine.
