Don't use flash. Instead create a small (1.44MB) partition on your internal
HD and dd a copy of your linload.exe & milo floppy there.
In fdisk make it partition #1, type 4 (MSDOS<32MB), and size it with first
cylinder 1, last cylinder +size +1440K.
Later, when done building rest of disk and linux installed, clone your milo
floppy to it with : dd if=/dev/fd0 of=/dev/sda1 bs=10240.

This uses almost none of your disk, is easily rebuilt, and has no risk of
buggering up your NVRAM. Besdies if you have SRM and ARC on your flash there
probably is no room for milo, anyway.

Cheers,
Maurice
