How'd you do that? I haven't been able to get a clean build with
either 2.0.18 (chosen because that's what came with RH4.0) or 2.1.4
(which was the bleedingest-edge I could find yesterday). As I recall,
2.0.18 has problems with __kernel_key_t and struct {old_,new_,}stat;
and 2.1.4 crapped out with macro usage changes in ppp.c. Even when I
defined __kernel_key_t to be an unsigned long, and struct stat to be
the same as struct new_stat, the kernel I got hung immediately after
Milo loaded it.
I haven't been able to build a Milo to put in the boot record of my
hard disk either, so I'm stuck bootp-booting Milo. Not a big deal,
but I'd prefer that the machine (an AlphaStation 200) be able to boot
entirely independently.
Can anybody offer clues for the clueless?
Thanks,
d.
