If you're talking about the Mosaic binary at the above address, it is a
cleverly disguised tar file.
gzip -d foofile.gz
tar tf foofile ----> Mosaic Ahhh!!!!!!!!!
tar xvf foofile
Hope this helps. BTW, I'm less than ampressed with this version of Mosaic.
