I seem to recall that DEC wanted $75 for this cable (still too high).
You can make one yourself if you are handy with a soldering iron -
the connector follows standard RS-232C which specifies both a primary
and a secondary port.

If you want the pin out, then http://www.annex.co.uk has them.
Can't remember the location though, sorry.
