Dave,
you should be able to boot this using MILO; that's the way that
I boot my own PC164. The PCI error messages worry me as they should not
occur with that configuration. Basically, they're worry messages that the
PCI device is asking for too much PCI Memory. Can you connect something
to COM1 and tell me what that says?
