I removed the -DNEWDB from the makefile, and it built fine.
Ive only got small database files, I removed the -DNDBM as well and
use hash indexing.
sendmail still occasionaly generated illegal address exceptions, but
it doesnt happen often enough for me to trace it. It only happens
during queue processing.
