milo (it's me again)

Okay... so I did upgrade my copy of MILO (I ended up using the one in the
images/noname-udb directory on gatekeeper)

What I really want to do is to compile one with my kernel (seeing as that's
what I read out of the milo source documentation as what you are really
supposed to do) and I keep getting error messages about being unable to
find this include file: <linux/compile.h>

I don't see that file. I don't have a clue what it is, and I couldn't tell
what version the milo images were on gatekeeper and I would prefer being
able to build them myself, anyways... what is compile.h and where can I get
it, since I am supposed to have it to compile milo?
