is there a new libc that goes with 2.1.10?

I just built a 2.1.10 kernel for my AlphaStation 200. Works fine, but
I'm having trouble compiling other programs because it looks like
various definitions & declarations have moved. (asm/signum.h,
signal.h & asm/sigaction.h, linux/time.h & sys/select.h are a few that
give me grief.)

Is there a new libc that goes with the new kernels, or is everybody
just hacking up their libraries themselves?
