Definitely go with 2.0.25 instead; Linus said something about
fixing the "X slowdown in 24" when he released 25, and he was
right on the money! 24 was very "bursty" for me, 25 is real smooth.

Oh, and the axp-diffs for 21 drop right on top, no problems.
