The latest MILOs (built against 2.0.23) are on gatekeeper.dec.com
in ~ftp/pub/Digital/Miniloader/test-images. No you should not have
to match kernel revisions with MILO revisions (except for building).
MILO donates the PALcode to the kernel which _may_ affect behaviour
especially if the kernel's use of the PALcode changes.
