Hi!

I recently purchased several DEC Alpha Multias, and loaded RedHat Linux on
one, and NT Workstation 4.0 Beta 2 on the other. I would like to share
files and devices between both Alphas (Linux and the NT. I envision the
Linux Alpha to be the file server, and the NT to be a client. However, I
would love to be able to access devices irregardles of which Alpha they
reside on, and to read and write files back and forth between both
Alphas.

Internet masquerading is used to attach the Linux Alpha's modem/internet
to the NT. NT's MS Internet Explorere Browser works fine.

I was advised to look into Samba for a file server. After reading the
info loaded on Linux, as well as on web pages, I donot have a clear mind
as tow how to setup Samba!

I guess my question is on how to configure Samba on the Linux Alpha, and
configure whaterver on the NT.

Any help would be appreciated.

Jim
