SRPMS diffs ?

I'm wondering, if there is a way to "update" SRPMS. Usually the difference
between for example XFree86-3.1.2-10.src.rpm and XFree86-3.1.2-11.src.rpm
is at least a changed SPEC file and maybe an added patch file. But
to get the changes I have to download over 30MB for the new version.
So is there a way to update a SRPM without downloading it again ?
Thomas.

you have to be a sneaky bastard too ;-)
