Should I be able to compile this kernel out of the box for AXP? I can't
find any axp-diff later than 2.1.1, and that one produces millions of
rejects.

I tried compiling a stock 2.1.7 and it seemed to build OK, but the
resulting kernel wouldn't run. This is on a UDB. Is there anything in
the Makefile I need to change other than the ARCH= line?
