Hi

can have several reasons

1. different names in interfaces and hosts section of netcfg

2. wrong nameserver address

3. wrong gateway address

4. can also be a wrong connection but as you are using TP normaly not
the problem.

most times it helps to give enough time to get timeout (can be up to 2
hours) and than review all parts.
