There were *lots* of changes between 2.7.0 and 2.7.2. Mostly for
the better, as 2.7.0 is more or less abysmal as far as optimisation
goes, but there we are.

If you would, please follow the directions in the gcc documentation
for reporting bugs. And if you'll cc the report to me (I don't read
the gcc-bugs list often), I'll look at it as soon as I can.
