There are two Quake executables, xquake and xf86quake; DO NOT USE xf86quake
on the UDB.

What TGA server are you using? From the Red Hat 4.0 distribution, or the one
from gatekeeper, or... ???

A 233MHz UDB was one of the first machines I ran it on...
