Quota 1.51 comes with RedHat 4.0. Look for the RPM `quota-1.51-3' in
either .../redhat-4.0/axp/RedHat/RPMS/ or .../updates/4.0/axp/. It
works quite satisfactorily on my system (Multia running RH 4.0 with
the 2.0.23 kernel).
