This means you have to send e-mail

TO: axp-list-request@redhat.com
SUBJECT: unsubscribe

with no message body.

On Unix, yoiu can do this at the shell prompt by giving the command

% mail -s unsubscribe axp-list-request@redhat.com < /dev/null

This is entirely arbitrary as I am sure you know. :)
