DEC firmware updates for the EB164?

Where can I find DEC firmware updates (ARC and SRM) for the EB164? I
called my DEC rep, who told me to call my VAR (SAG Electronics). SAG
knew nothing about how or where to get updates.

I checked ftp.digital.com. It has updates for all the Alphastations
but no board level products, EB164 or PC164.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
