21140 and 10/100Mbps config

Does anyone know how/if the de4x5 driver can be told to put the
card into 10Mbps mode? I saw the bit about the autoconfig problem
with the de500, but didn't see, e.g., a kernel command-line switch
to manually configure it.
I'm currently successfully using the tulip driver, so it's not
critical or anything, but I just wondered.
