Benjamin,

Tried power cycling to no avail. I suspect a problem with INIT,
since it's the next line that would be displayed if the boot
didn't freeze on the VFS line. Strangest thing is that I see/hear
absolutely no disk activity. Thanks for the feedback. - Greg
