Windows NT applications for ALPHA

Hi all,

I'm debating to install either NT or Linux on the Alpha. My questions
are: Is there a lot of NT applications (i.e web server, HTML editor,
c++ compiler..) for the Alpha from other software company beside DEC?
how are the prices? I don't want to pay big bucks to DEC ($2000 for a
internet CD-ROM package while I can get one free for Linux). I know I
will save money with Linux OS but I also want to have NT as my Web
Server.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
