Representatives' Constituent Electronic Mail System (CEMS). I
appreciate hearing from you and am pleased to be a part of this
effort to offer citizens a quick and efficient way to communicate
with their representatives in Congress.

If you are a resident of North Carolina's 11th Congressional
district (and you included your name and address in your E-Mail),
