Don't worry about it, but with the 3.2 Server there are less messages.

I have the 3.2 Server running, no problems. But I have installed the whole
3.2 not only the server. On my Intel box I have 3.1.2 from RedHat 4.0 with
the 3.2 S3 server without any problems running.
Try other resolutions and lower vertikal refreshes. I had this some time ago
with a VLB card on the intel box: running 16bpp with 75Hz locks the machine
after some time.
