CGI's

I''m a new co-owner of an Alpha. After finding Apache httpd one the
machine after we tried to do a minimal install, i thought that i might try
to get it to work. The hitch i have encountered is which Server Side
Includes and all other CGI functionality through a web browser. runniong
the not quite latest Apache set up. Suggestions, pointers, patches?
