I am aware of two 64 bit PCI cards for the Alpha. The first is part of
the Evans and Sutherland Freedom graphics system and connects the system
to the Alpha station. The card is not a graphics accelerator, just a
connector for the tower sized graphics system which holds up to 320MB of
VRAM! The second is a memory channel card for Digital Unix memory
channel clusters. Both of these cards are supported on a limited number
of systems. Rumor has it that DEC will be releasing some 64bit PCI
"communications" cards in the future as well as some high end graphics
products.

Allegedly Intel has refrained from releasing a 64 bit PCI product
because they effectively lost control of the standard when DEC shipped a
64 bit PCI chipset and they do not want to lend any legitimacy to it.
