Run disklabel first, note the number of heads, cylinders, sectors per track.
Quit disklabel without saving/performing a label.
Run fdisk, go to eXpert mode.
Use the numbers you got from disklabel.

Any logical combination that adds up to your actual capacity or slightly
less is fine. SCSI disks do a logical remapping, and accuracy is not really
important. Just the capacity that these three numbers multiply out to! Just
don't go bigger than actual capacity or you will have a problem.
