Had the same problem with a machine that Is not behind a firewall. We we
tryign ftp because the CD's we ordere form redhat with overnight mail took
*2 WEEKS* to get here. We called redhat, but since we didnt own a
product, they would not help us. They just said "It should work. And as
far as the CD's go, too bad, youll just have to wait." I believe this to
be a Redhat problem that they just dont want to fix.... Send them cash and
wait a few weeks, and they will be happy to help you.
