500mhz alpha

The two 500mhz Alpha systems that I've seen (Enorex and Quant-X)
both use the Digital PC164 motherboard and are limited to 1mb cache
and 512mb RAM. Are these limitations inherent to the PC164
motherboard? Does anyone know of any 500mhz alpha systems with larger
cache (eg., 4mb like the Digital systems) and a higher RAM limit?
Has anyone seen any SMP machines with more than one 500mhz 21164 chip?
