Thanks very much! Normally, one cannot find the "larger" cache SRAMs
on 486, but description is as follows:
- They should have 32 pins
- On-top-label is sth like XXXX-1000-12 or XXXX-1008-12 or so.
"XXXX" is vendow specific and doesn't help here, "1000" or "1008"
(it's somewhere near to 1000 or 1024) it the number of kilobits
the IC can keep and "12" is the spees in nanoseconds.
- The speed may be slower, up to values of about 20ns
Any help is *very* welcome...
