I've got such a board. Without cache it is quite slow -- about the
speed of a 486DX50 or so. With 1/4 MB of cache (kill two old 486
mobos and you have it;) it is quite fast: about 486DX4-100. It's
fast enough to decode a 128kBit/sec MP3 file in real time. It is
capable of holding 1MB of cache, but unfortunately I've not found
*anybody[1]* who can sell me 128kBitx8, 12ns-20ns SRAM ICs for
that purpose;(
However -- that board is nice, but I recomment to put a normal fan
on top of the passive heat sink. Otherwise that CPU gets quite hot.
Adjust it that way that the air flow hits the voltage regulator IC
(next to the CPU, has got a heat sink as well), too.

[1] I found one company. There are 3 or 4 of these ICs (you'd need
eleven of this kind...) they would like to sell for about 25US$
*per piece*. That's too much=;-O
