Hi there.
I have under my possession two Alpha XL266 with the following hardware;
Machine 1: 192MB of memory, 3 SCSI HD(2X 2GB and 1X 1GB), Toshiba 24X SCSI CDROM
3COM PCI ethernet(905TX) and Adaptec 2940W controller(one of the 2GB disks are connected to him)
and a S3 Trio64 display card(Diamond stealth)
Machine 2: 128MB memory, 2 SCSI HD(2X 2GB), Toshiba 24X SCSI CDROM, 3COM ISA ethernet (5XX)
and the same display card.
What i need to know is this; can I install Tru64 Unix or OpenVMS on these systems?
if so, how is it done?
If anyone can help me in my quest, it would really apreciated.
