        BAD IDEA!!! Unless you rig up some kind of external fan, having the
case off will be worse! The computer depends on air continually
flowing through the case to cool it. If the case is off and there's no
external fan, it is MORE likely to overheat, since the air is stagnant.
Try setting up a room fan a few inches away, blowing directly at the
system.
