Hey all.
I am about to make a compaq ds10 run from a flash disk.
OS Linux.
The disk I have is a compact flash which is supposed to be IDE compatible.
I can format and install on it okay, and the boot loader write seems to
work okay.
However SRM doesn't seem to like it since I get unable to read
dvq0. I suspect that it tries to get drive status or some other IDE
command that the disk don't understand.
Anyone know a flash disk that works ?
Or am I doing something wrong ?
Some trick involving ide booting..
I'd really like a answer..
SRM version seems to be : 5.8-10
Regards
